Did my first run with my friend Ben in about two months today. Not long. Not fast. Definitely great to be out again though. A couple of things I’ve noticed :
- although I’ve been active, I’ve fallen out of running shape. My breath is short, and heart rate high.
- not very good leg strength, so not much speed.
I’m planning on running a bit more while I’m in NYC this coming week. That will be a great test of my recovery.
