At the recommendation of my friend Landy, I started using Map My Run a while back. It’s always been a handy way to figure out the rough distance and ascent for a run. Over time it’s gotten even more useful … now you can embed routes in your blogs.
Here’s the canonical route we use from work. We’ll shave off the first part, and just head for Ardmore, or get both Ardmore and Tam O’Shanter. We’ve been using this long enough that it’s almost automatic (probably time to shake it up a bit!).
Anyway, check out the mapping service. It’s easy, free, and very useful!
